ITEM RARITIES & TRADING 8 TIERS

All cosmetic items in Rocket League fall into 8 rarity tiers. Trade up 5 of the same rarity and colour for one of the next tier (where allowed).

TRADE-UP RULES

Same rarity, same paint: 5 unpainted Rares = 1 Very Rare. 5 Crimson Rares = 1 Crimson Very Rare.
Trade-ups stop at Exotic: 5 Exotics give a Black Market. Black Market and Limited cannot be traded up.
Blueprints vs items: Blueprints reveal an item with a credit cost. Always check the price before crafting. Many blueprints are worth more uncrafted.
Credits: Bought from Item Shop or earned through trade-ins. Spend on items, blueprints, or Rocket Pass.
